Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add ziti and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a medium bowl, stir ricotta, parmesan, egg, and basil together with a spatula until well combined.
Spread half the marinara sauce over the bottom of a Suvie pan.
Layer half the ziti on top of the marinara sauce and dot pasta with half of the ricotta mixture.
Spread ricotta evenly over pasta and cover with half the mozzarella.
Repeat layering process one more time to fill Suvie pan. Insert pan into your Suvie, input settings, and cook now or schedule.
Remove pan from Suvie, divide baked ziti between plates, and top with additional basil.
