Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands.

To make the Caesar dressing, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, anchovy paste, minced garlic, and dried parsley in a separate bowl.

Grate Parmesan cheese into the dressing mixture and add black pepper.

Whisk the dressing until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.

Take a portion of the seasoned ground chicken and press it into a thin, even layer onto each mini flour tortilla.

Prepare the salad by combining chopped romaine lettuce, some of the Caesar dressing, and crushed croutons in a large bowl. Toss to combine.

Heat neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the tacos in the skillet, chicken-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Flip the tacos and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the tortilla is crispy.

Remove tacos from the pan and top each with the Caesar salad mixture.

Garnish with extra grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of more Caesar dressing, then serve immediately.
