Ingredients: 1 bag (8 oz) shredded iceberg lettuce; 1/4 lb thin sliced ham; 1/4 lb salami; 2 oz pepperoni; 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced; 1 medium tomato, sliced; salt, to taste; black pepper, to taste; 1/4 cup mayonnaise; 2 tbsp red wine vinegar; 2 tbsp Italian dressing; 1 tsp Italian seasoning; 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers; 3 slices provolone cheese; 3 hoagie rolls

On a large cutting board, layer the shredded lettuce, ham, salami, pepperoni, sliced red onion, and sliced tomatoes.

Season the tomatoes with salt and black pepper.

Using a large knife or bench scraper, chop all the ingredients together until they are finely chopped and well combined.

Add the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and Italian dressing to the chopped mixture.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and chop again to fully incorporate the dressing.

Add the banana peppers and chop them into the mixture.

Top with provolone cheese slices and chop one last time until the cheese is incorporated into the mix.

Divide the chopped mixture into three equal portions on the cutting board.

Take a hoagie roll, open it, and press it down onto one of the portions.
