Cook the Buldak ramen noodles according to package instructions.
Drain most of the water, leaving a small amount in the pot.
Add the Buldak sauce packet to the noodles and mix well.
Add an egg yolk and a dollop of Kewpie mayo to the noodles.
Mix everything together until creamy and well combined.
Serve immediately.
