Creamy Parmesan Baked Chicken with Garlic Butter Pasta

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the chicken pieces in the prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, shredded parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each piece of chicken.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
While the chicken is baking, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven. Carefully pour the pan drippings into a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the butter to the skillet and allow it to melt into the drippings.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
Season with a little more black pepper, then pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer gently to thicken.
Place the cooked pasta in a large serving bowl. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the pasta and toss to coat everything evenly.
Arrange the baked parmesan chicken on top of the sauced pasta.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
