Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and mustard. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
In a shallow dish, prepare the dry batter by whisking together the seasoned chicken fry mix, dried parsley, paprika, and corn starch.
In another shallow dish, prepare the egg wash by whisking together the egg, milk, hot sauce, and banana pepper juice until smooth.
Dip each seasoned chicken wing first into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off.
Next, press the wing firmly into the dry batter, ensuring it is completely coated on all sides.
Drizzle about half of the olive oil onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush or drizzle the tops of the wings with the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy. No flipping is necessary.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
