Thanks to the marinade, this Korean spicy chicken is tender and juicy. The sauce is spicy, sweet, and savory. It has a wonderful balance of flavors. We loved the earthy touch of Shitake mushrooms. The other vegetables add color and crunch to the dish. This spicy chicken recipe is easy to make and uses simple ingredients. We served the chicken over steamed rice for a satisfying meal. This Korean spicy chicken recipe is a winner!
