Boil the pork meat in enough water with the garlic, the onion, salt, and pepper.

Once the meat is ready, add the hominy and boil for 15 minutes.

Blend the remaining ingredients: 5 cloves of garlic, the guajillo chiles, the tomato, the onion, the cumin, the salt, the pepper, and 1/2 cup of hominy.

Once blended, filter the mix and add it to the boiling pot with all the other ingredients. Season with oregano and salt and let it boil for 15 more minutes.
