Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish. Pour Greek yogurt over the chicken and use tongs to mix until evenly coated.
Season the chicken with paprika, oregano, turmeric, black pepper, and salt.
Mix the spices into the yogurt and chicken until well combined.
Crack an egg directly onto the chicken, then squeeze the juice of one lime over the top.
Mix the egg and lime juice into the marinade until fully incorporated.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
While the chicken marinates, prepare the breading. In a separate shallow dish, combine the flour with paprika, black pepper, oregano, and salt.
Stir the flour and spices together until well combined.
Heat about a cup of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
After 30 minutes, remove the chicken from the refrigerator.
Take each piece of marinated chicken and dredge it in the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated on all sides.
Carefully place the breaded chicken pieces into the hot oil.
Fry the chicken for 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Flip once during cooking.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Let the chicken rest for a moment before serving.
