Mix together 15g of gochujang and 5-10g of gochugaru. Add in the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and grated garlic. This paste is the homemade version of the sauce pack.
Bring a pot of water to a boil for the noodles. Bring a separate pot to boil if making the egg.
Cook the egg for 7 minutes for a jammy center. Once done, remove the egg and place it in ice water to stop the cooking.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, begin browning 50g of ground pork. Break it up as it cooks.
Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions.
Drain the noodles and toss with the sauce paste and cooked ground pork.
Top with sliced green onion, halved 7-minute egg, and sesame seeds.
