Chop the green onions and place them in a large bowl.
Add the shaved sirloin steak to the bowl with the green onions.
Add the marinade ingredients: minced garlic, minced ginger, coconut aminos, brown sugar substitute, toasted sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until the beef is evenly coated.
