In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F.
In a large bowl, season the cleaned chicken wings with half of the smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
Add the mustard to the wings to act as a binder and mix until all wings are evenly coated.
In a large freezer bag, combine the all-purpose flour with the remaining smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and 1 tablespoon of the lemon pepper seasoning.
Add the seasoned chicken wings to the flour mixture in the bag. Seal the bag and shake well until the chicken is fully coated.
Carefully place the coated chicken wings into the hot oil. Be careful not to overcrowd the pot.
Fry the chicken for a total of 17 minutes, turning every 3 minutes to ensure even cooking and browning.
Once the timer is up and the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Immediately sprinkle the hot chicken wings with the remaining lemon pepper seasoning.
Serve hot and enjoy.
