In a medium bowl, combine beef stock, garlic olive oil, roasted garlic paste, beef seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, and Greek seasoning. Whisk until well combined and set aside.
Place a large oven-safe bag inside a baking dish. Add the potatoes, celery, green beans, and onion to the bag.
Season the vegetables with butter garlic seasoning and top with slices of butter.
Place the pork chops directly on top of the vegetables inside the bag.
Pour the prepared marinade over the pork chops and vegetables.
Seal the bag, gently shake to coat everything, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the baking dish with the bag in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
While the pork chops are baking, prepare any desired sides like mushroom risotto or a salad.
Carefully remove from the oven, cut open the bag (be cautious of steam), and serve immediately.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a 325°F oven for 15 minutes or on the stovetop over low heat with a splash of broth.

Yes. Marinate the pork chops and chop vegetables up to 8 hours in advance. Assemble in the oven bag just before cooking.
No. Keep the bag sealed during cooking to trap steam and keep the pork chops moist. The bag is designed to withstand oven temperatures.
Zucchini, asparagus, or snap peas work well. Add them at the same time or adjust cook time if using thicker vegetables.
Double all ingredients and use two oven bags or a larger roasting bag. Cooking time should remain the same at the same oven temperature.
