Gently toss salmon filets in wheat flour to coat them evenly.
Heat a large wok or skillet over medium heat and add some vegetable oil. Add in salmon and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked to medium. Gently stir. Allow the pan to sear the salmon for a strong, golden crust.
Add 5 Tbsp of teriyaki sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and turns glossy.
Garnish salmon with sauteed veggies and steamed rice. Enjoy!
