In a medium bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and egg whites.
Mix with a spoon or fork until a crumbly dough forms.
Take about a tablespoon of the mixture, squeeze it together in your hand, and then roll it into a smooth ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Place the cheese balls on a plate or in a bowl and freeze for 2 hours.
Arrange the frozen cheese balls in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
