Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
Pour oil onto a baking sheet and spread to coat the surface.
Place the garlic and herb pizza dough on the oiled sheet and stretch it out to fit the pan.
Spread the garlic dip evenly over the pizza dough.
Next, spread a layer of the Italian Bomba hot pepper sauce over the garlic dip.
Tear the burrata cheese into small pieces and distribute them over the sauce.
Drain the marinated mozzarella balls, reserving the oil from the marinade. Halve the mozzarella balls and arrange them on the pizza.
Tear the assorted cured meats into pieces and scatter them over the cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
While the pizza bakes, toss the arugula with the reserved oil from the mozzarella marinade.
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with hot honey.
Top the pizza with the dressed arugula.
Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Slice and serve immediately.
Store leftover pizza covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days; reheat on a sheet pan at 375°F until warmed through and cheese is melted.

Yes. Burrata is creamier and richer, but fresh mozzarella or fior di latte work well—add it fresh after baking to prevent excess moisture.
Preheat to the temperature specified on your pizza dough package, typically 425–450°F for a sheet pan pizza.
Assemble the pizza up to the cured meats step, cover, and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Add arugula, hot honey, and balsamic only after baking.
Bomba is a spicy Italian hot pepper condiment sold in most grocery stores in the condiment or international aisle; sriracha or calabrian chili paste are acceptable substitutes.
Only if you use gluten-free pizza dough. Substitute a store-bought gluten-free sheet pan dough or crust mix.
