Today's omakase salmon sushi + Korean beef sushi
I think sushi is good because it's a dish that can avoid direct fire in the hot summer. The rice cooker takes care of the food. Make mixed vinegar and mix it with warm rice, and if you have wasabi and fish or sushi ingredients, you're done preparing sushi. Omakase originally means to leave it to the chef, and the chef says to cook deliciously with fresh and good ingredients, but I insisted that the ingredients I can use are salmon and Korean beef, so it's today's omakase. It's more like a special sushi. I think it's a good menu to cook and eat when it's hot if you pay attention to the freshness because you don't have to use fire other than cooking. But I feel a little energized because I ate something delicious. Herbie is weak in the evening, so what's wrong with her? I think it's because of the heat. I told her not to eat anything. I heard it half-heartedly~ He said he ate something, so he nags me saying this is the time. You shouldn't eat anything when it's hot.^^ Especially when it's hot It's not good.^^
