Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuits and pull each one apart into two halves.
On the bottom half of each biscuit, layer a portion of the roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese.
Place the top half of the biscuit over the cheese and press gently to seal. Arrange the stuffed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
