In a Suvie pan, stir together 1 cup couscous, 1 ½ cups water, and ½ tsp salt. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie, input settings and cook now.
Set Suvie to roast at 400°F for 15 minutes in bottom zone, top zone none.
Once the couscous has finished cooking, remove from Suvie and fluff with a fork.
Stir in 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ cup fresh dill, and ¼ cup fresh parsley.
Transfer to a serving platter and top with ½ cup feta.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
