Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, combine the cooked spaghetti with your prepared meat sauce.
Season the mixture generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the prepared dish and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, prepare the cornbread batter according to package directions, using the cornbread mix, egg, and milk.
Pour the cornbread batter over the spaghetti layer.
