Creator @poggiolieats shares his recipe for what he calls the best chicken sandwich ever. It features a super crispy fried chicken cutlet tossed in a sweet and spicy hot honey buffalo sauce, served on a toasted brioche bun with shredded lettuce and a creamy dressing.

Pound the chicken breasts until they are an even thickness.
Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
In a bowl, create the wet batter by whisking together 1 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of cornstarch, an egg, and water until it reaches a pancake batter consistency.
In a separate shallow dish, create the dry dredge by combining another cup of flour, 1/4 cup of cornstarch, and the same seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika).
Dip each seasoned chicken breast into the wet batter, ensuring it's fully coated, then press it firmly into the dry dredge on both sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the dredged chicken in the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the oil and let it rest on a wire rack.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce, honey, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and stir until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
Toss the fried chicken cutlets in the hot honey buffalo sauce until they are fully coated.
Assemble the sandwich on a toasted brioche bun with a bed of shredded lettuce, the sauced chicken, and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
