Take a small ball of ground chicken and press it thinly onto a small tortilla, covering the surface from edge to edge.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the tortillas chicken-side down and fry for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
Flip and cook the tortilla side for another 30-60 seconds until lightly golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan with the leftover hot chicken-infused oil, add cayenne pepper, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder. Stir quickly to combine into a glaze.
Brush the hot oil glaze generously over the crispy chicken side of each taco.
Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
To assemble, spoon a layer of spicy aioli over the chicken.
Top with a few dill pickle slices.
Add a generous amount of kale slaw.
Drizzle with more spicy aioli and serve immediately.
