Ingredients: 42 candies HERSHEY'S KISSES Rose Foil Milk Chocolate Meltaways; 1 package brownie mix (13x9 family size); 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa; 3 Tbsps water; 2 Tbsps HERSHEY'S Syrup; 1 egg; 1 Tbsp vegetable oil; 1/3 cup granulated sugar or decorator's sugar for rolling (optional)

Remove wrappers from 42 HERSHEY'S KISSES Rose Foil Milk Chocolate Meltaways.

Stir together 1 package (13x9 family size) brownie mix and 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa in large bowl. Add 3 tbsps water, 2 tbsps HERSHEY'S Syrup, 1 egg and 1 tbsp vegetable oil, beating until well blended. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm enough to roll.

Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease. Shape dough into 42 equal balls (about 1 inch). Roll in 1/3 cup sugar, if desired. Place on prepared cookie sheets.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes; press a HERSHEY'S KISSES Rose Foil Milk Chocolate Meltaway into center of each cookie. Slide parchment paper and cookies to wire rack or remove cookies from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
