On a balcony or outdoor area with fresh, clean snow, sprinkle salt over a large pile of snow. Place a large, freezer-safe bowl into the snow, pressing it down to create a nest.
Pour the heavy cream into the bowl, then add a pinch of salt and the vanilla extract.
Using a hand mixer, whip the cream mixture until it begins to thicken.
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and gently fold it into the whipped cream until just combined.
Add your desired toppings. The creator adds crushed Biscoff cookies and cookie dough bites.
Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread.
Cover the bowl with a lid and bury it completely in the salted snow.
Let the ice cream freeze for 30 to 60 minutes.
Once firm, uncover the bowl, scoop the ice cream into cones, and enjoy immediately.
