Using a digital scale, measure 75g of sodium chloride (salt), 11.5g of potassium chloride, and 11.7g of magnesium malate into a large jar.

Seal the jar and shake well to thoroughly combine the powders. This is your bulk electrolyte mix.

For optional flavoring, place freeze-dried strawberries into a blender and blend until a fine powder is formed. Store this powder in a separate container.

To prepare a single serving, add 3.3 grams of the electrolyte mix to a glass.
