In a small bowl, combine all spices (paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne, parsley, mustard powder, and salt) to create the dry rub. Mix well.
Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Season the wings generously on one side with the dry rub.
Air fry the wings until the first side is golden and crispy. (Note: Video does not specify time or temperature; 400°F for 10-12 minutes is a good starting point).
Remove the basket, flip the wings over, and season the other side with more dry rub.
Return the basket to the air fryer and continue cooking until the wings are fully cooked and crispy on both sides (another 10-12 minutes).
While the wings finish cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the melted butter, hot sauce, hot honey, and about 1/2 teaspoon of the prepared dry rub.
Stir the sauce until well combined.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the hot honey sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
Serve immediately.
