For Suvie 3.0+: Arrange 3 pieces of bacon in a Suvie air fry basket. Place each basket into the top and bottom zones of Suvie, ensuring sheet pans are underneath to catch oil drips. Hold the Tap to Scan tag to the logo on the appliance.
Set Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 10 minutes, Top Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 10 minutes
After cooking, do not clear the cook screen. Carefully remove air fry baskets and transfer to a large baking sheet or a cutting board lined with foil. Flip bacon over and return to Suvie.
Select 'Cook More' and set time for 8 minutes. Continue cooking until bacon is crisp. Transfer bacon to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
For Suvie 2.0 and 3.0: Arrange 3 pieces of bacon on a Suvie roasting rack set within a Suvie pan (handles facing down). Place both pans in Suvie. Hold the Tap to Scan tag to the logo on the appliance.
Set Bottom Zone: Roast at 400°F for 20 minutes, Top Zone: Roast at 400°F for 20 minutes
After cooking, do not clear the cook screen. Flip bacon over, return pans to Suvie and select 'Cook More' and set time for 5 minutes. Continue cooking until bacon is crisp. Transfer bacon to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Chef's Tip: For thick cut bacon, add 2-4 minutes to the cook time after flipping the bacon over.
Store cooled bacon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days; reheat in a skillet or oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
