Preheat your oven to 400-425°F (200-220°C).
Cut a slit horizontally into the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sliced jalapeños, and about half of the chicken seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Carefully stuff the cream cheese mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast.
Season the outside of the stuffed chicken breasts with the remaining chicken seasoning and the roasted garlic powder.
Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray and arrange the stuffed chicken breasts in a single layer.
Sprinkle the tops of the chicken generously with paprika.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with rice and your favorite vegetables.
