Season the bone-in pork chops generously on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook the pork chops until browned and cooked through. You can do this in an air fryer or by pan-searing them. Set aside.
In a measuring cup or small bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, hot water, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Whisk until the glaze is smooth.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and pour in the glaze.
Once the glaze begins to bubble, add the cooked pork chops to the skillet.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, continuously spooning the glaze over the pork chops to baste them.
Flip the pork chops and continue to cook and baste until the glaze has thickened and coats the chops on all sides.
Garnish with sliced green onions and more sesame seeds before serving.
