Homemade Maid-Rite Loose Meat Sandwiches

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.

In a small bowl, whisk together the beef stock, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, soy sauce, mustard, and pepper.
