Arrange them on a baking sheet and store in the refrigerator to dry further. \n Season the Wings: In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mix evenly over the wings. \n Make the Glaze: In a food processor, blend mango nectar, habanero peppers, brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar until smooth. Be cautious of the pepper fumes when opening the lid. \n Cook the Garlic: Melt 4 Tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. \n Combine and Simmer: Add the mango-habanero mix to the garlic. Bring to a simmer and stir often. Reduce the heat to medium-low, add the honey, and let it simmer for 45 minutes to an hour until it's reduced by 75% and thickens into a glaze. Remove from heat. \n Preheat for Cooking: Set the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and heat the deep fryer (or a pot with vegetable oil) to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. \n Fry the Wings: Coat the wings lightly with cornstarch. Fry in batches for about 8 minutes each until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and keep warm in the oven. \n Coat with Glaze: Place the fried wings in a large bowl.
