In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, dehydrated garlic, and seasoned salt.
Add the crackers to the milk mixture and let them soak for a few minutes to soften.
To the bowl, add the egg, defrosted bell pepper and onion mix, and the ground meat.
Using your hands or a stand mixer, mix all ingredients until just combined.
Divide the meatloaf mixture evenly among four mini loaf pans.
Place the mini loaf pans in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
While the meatloaves are cooking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
After 15 minutes, remove the meatloaves from the air fryer and spoon the glaze evenly over the top of each one.
Return the glazed meatloaves to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a moment before serving.
Store cooked meatloaves in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days; reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5–7 minutes or in the microwave for 1–2 minutes.
