In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add half of the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Season the butter and garlic with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and garlic salt. Stir to combine.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
In the same skillet, add the vegetable oil, the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and the rest of the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Add the sugar, a pinch of black pepper, and optional MSG. Stir well to create the sauce.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce.
Toss the noodles thoroughly to coat them evenly in the sauce.
Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and add the cooked shrimp back to the pan.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Garnish with sliced green onions and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
