Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
To the egg yolks, add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and fresh lemon juice.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking.
Add the finely chopped chives and finely chopped smoked salmon to the bowl.
Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a hand mixer, mix all ingredients until well combined and creamy.
Spoon the yolk mixture evenly back into the hollowed egg whites.
Garnish with additional chopped chives.
For an elegant finish, top each deviled egg with a small amount of tobiko.
