On a plate, season the skinless chicken drumsticks on all sides with seasoning salt, Sazon, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Use your hands to rub the seasonings in.
Pour water into the slow cooker, then add the packet of au jus gravy mix. Whisk until combined.
Add the can of condensed cream of chicken soup and stir until the gravy base is smooth.
Add the sliced green bell pepper, sliced onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
Nestle the seasoned chicken drumsticks into the gravy mixture.
Top the chicken with cubed butter.
