Slice open four baked potatoes in a crosshatch pattern and press the sides to open them up.
Add a pat of butter to each potato.
Use a fork to fluff the inside of the potatoes, mixing in the butter.
Season the fluffed potatoes with salt and black pepper.
Spoon a layer of alfredo sauce over each potato.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded white cheddar cheese over the sauce.
Top the cheese with cooked ribeye steak bites.
Add another layer of alfredo sauce over the steak.
Finish with a generous layer of white cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
