Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and press one piece into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough in each cup.
Top the cheese with a spoonful of pizza sauce.
Add your toppings. The creator uses crumbled bacon and pepperoni slices.
Add another layer of mozzarella cheese and top with one more slice of pepperoni.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
While the pizza cups are baking, prepare the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, dried oregano, minced garlic, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix well.
Remove the pizza cups from the oven and immediately brush the garlic butter sauce over the top of each one.
Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
