Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Boursin cheese, shredded cheddar, cooked bacon, and garlic powder.
Using a hand mixer, beat the ingredients until they are fully combined and creamy.
Fold in the sliced green onions with a spatula.
Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish, such as a pie plate.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
Remove from the oven and top with pepper jelly, spreading it over the surface.
