Ingredients: 2 large sub rolls, halved lengthwise; 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced; 1/4 lb deli ham, sliced; 1/4 lb Genoa salami, sliced; 1/4 lb pepperoni, sliced; 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded; 1 medium tomato, sliced; 1/4 cup Italian dressing; 1/4 cup pepperoncini, sliced; 1/4 cup black olives, sliced; 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the halved sub rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Layer the provolone cheese slices on all halves of the sub rolls.

On the bottom halves, layer the deli ham and Genoa salami. Arrange the pepperoni slices over the cheese on all halves.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is toasted.

While the subs are baking, prepare the toppings. In a bowl, combine the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Pour the Italian dressing over the top and toss to combine.

Once baked, remove the subs from the oven. Top the meat-covered bottom halves with the dressed lettuce and tomato mixture, sliced black olives, pepperoncini, and marinated artichoke hearts.

Place the top half of the sub roll on top, press gently, slice, and serve immediately.
