Pour the frozen ravioli into a large baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, chopped white onion, and minced garlic.
Season the meat with Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Cook the mixture, breaking up the meat, until it is fully browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet with the cooked meat. Add a little water to the jar, swirl it around, and pour it into the skillet to get all the sauce out.
Add a little more Cajun seasoning if desired, stir to combine, cover, and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
Pour the meat sauce over the frozen ravioli in the baking dish.
Gently stir to coat the ravioli with the sauce.
Top the ravioli with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, followed by shredded mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the top with an Italian herb blend.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 30 minutes.
While the ravioli bakes, prepare the side salad by combining chopped romaine, cucumber, and tomato in a large bowl. Top with cheddar cheese crisps and croutons.
Let the baked ravioli rest for a few minutes before serving with the salad.
