Big Mac Tater Tot Casserole

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange a single layer of tater tots covering the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish.

Bake the tater tots until they begin to get crispy, about 15-20 minutes.

While the tots are baking, brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess grease. Transfer the cooked beef to a large mixing bowl.

To the ground beef, add the dill pickle relish, mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, and ketchup.

Season the mixture with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and minced dried onions. Stir everything together until well combined.

Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

Once the tater tots are par-baked, remove them from the oven. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the top.

Place the American cheese slices on top of the beef layer.

Top with the remaining tater tots, creating a final layer.

Return the casserole to the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
