Cook bacon in the oven until perfectly crispy. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the aioli. Mix well and set aside.
Slice the heirloom tomato and avocado. Season the tomato slices with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and toast one side of each slice of bread until golden brown.
To assemble, generously spread the garlic aioli on the toasted side of both slices of bread.
On one slice of bread, layer the crispy bacon, butter lettuce, and seasoned heirloom tomato slices.
On the other slice of bread, arrange the sliced avocado.
Place the avocado-topped slice on top of the other half to close the sandwich. Slice in half and serve immediately.
