Many cocktails (one might say the majority) have a fruity or sweet/sour element. Yet the beloved Bloody Mary is a fine example of a savory cocktail, zinged with Worcestershire, hot red pepper sauce, and often horseradish.

- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 3 oz Tomato Juice
- 1/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 4 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 2-3 drp Hot red pepper sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Lime wedge, 3 green olives [Garnish]
Instructions

Roll with ice between both halves of Boston shaker.

Strain into ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

Garnish with lime and olives.
