In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Take the loaf of sourdough bread and score it in a criss-cross pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom.
Spread the garlic butter mixture deep into all the cuts of the bread.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked elbow macaroni, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Stir the mixture until everything is evenly coated.
Carefully stuff the buffalo chicken mac and cheese mixture into the crevices of the garlic bread.
Top the entire loaf with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve immediately with ranch dressing for dipping.
