In a large bowl, whisk together 1 tbsp hoisin, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, ½ tsp 5 spice powder, and 2 drops red food dye (if using) until honey has dissolved. Add chicken, stirring to coat. Transfer mixture to a Suvie pan and place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule.
Place broccolini in a Suvie pan with 2 minced garlic cloves and 2 tsp vegetable oil, stirring to coat in oil. Season with ¼ tsp salt and place pan in the top zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now.

Place 1 cup jasmine rice in a Suvie rice pot (black handles) and place inside the Suvie Starch Cooker, ensuring pot is centered on the hot plate. Input settings and cook now or schedule.
Set Suvie Starch Cooker Settings to Long Grain Rice, 1 cup
After cooking, fluff rice with a fork and divide between plates with chicken and broccolini. Drizzle extra sauce over the chicken and vegetables just before serving.
