Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a 12-cup muffin tin, place a layer of shredded cheese in the bottom of each cup.
Add a layer of pickle chips on top of the cheese.
Top the pickles with another layer of shredded cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and crispy around the edges.
Carefully remove the chips from the muffin tin and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess grease.
Serve warm with spicy mayonnaise for dipping, if desired.
