First, make the barbecue sauce base. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, kosher salt, ketchup, cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Let the sauce simmer and reduce for 5 minutes. Once thickened, remove from heat and pour into a bowl to cool.
To make the final dipping sauce, combine 5 tablespoons of your freshly made barbecue sauce with the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl.
Grate the garlic clove directly into the bowl.
Whisk all the ingredients together until the sauce is smooth and fully combined.
