Lightly grease a Suvie pan and arrange chocolate lava cakes in the pan. Insert pan into the bottom zone of your Suvie, input settings, and cook now. Be sure to select 'Yes' when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Bake at 400°F for 4 minutes (for Suvie 3.0, Bake at 350°F for 4 minutes)

Remove pans from Suvie, divide lava cakes between plates, and serve immediately. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt if desired. Enjoy!
