Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
While the bacon is cooking, toast the three slices of bread to your desired doneness.
Slice the tomato and prepare the lettuce leaves.
Once the bread is toasted, spread mayonnaise on one side of all three slices.
To begin assembling, take one slice of bread and layer lettuce, followed by tomato slices.
Season the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the second slice of bread on top, mayo-side down.
Spread mayonnaise on the top of the second slice of bread.
Add another layer of lettuce and tomato.
Layer on the sliced ham and turkey.
Add the crispy bacon strips.
Top with the slice of Colby Jack cheese.
Place the final slice of bread on top, mayo-side down, to complete the sandwich.
Insert four toothpicks into the sandwich, one in each quadrant, to hold it together.
Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the sandwich diagonally in both directions to create four triangular quarters.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
