In a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat, add cooking oil. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the ground beef. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it's fully browned.
Add the sliced green bell pepper and onion to the pan with the ground beef. Sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and stir to combine with the meat and vegetables.
Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and black pepper over the mixture. Season with salt to taste.
Return the cooked sausage to the pan. Stir everything together until well combined and the cabbage is cooked to your desired tenderness.
Serve hot and enjoy.
